The municipal waste collection truck serving Ghaziabad now carries a Battery Bin awareness poster — reaching hundreds of households on every route. Batteries segregated during wet/dry/hazardous sorting are handed to Battery Bin for formal recycling instead of being sold to informal recyclers.
